* Per Berggren, who has provided a number of Radio 270 charts, disagrees with Ian's record of what was at number one this week. According to Per's notes, it was still Edelweiss by Vince Hill, the same as the previous week. He doesn't think Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich hit the top spot until the following week.

Many thanks to Ian Kellock for sharing this chart.

The links from the songs on this page lead to the Amazon MP3 Store where you can hear short audio clips of the tracks and customers in the UK can buy downloads. Please see this note.

The Radio London Fab 40 and Caroline Countdown Of Sound for this week can be found on the Radio London website.

There are a number of other offshore charts listed on The Pirate Radio Hall of Fame. Full details here.

Next week's Radio 270 Top 40 is here.
