The City Sixty, 12th - 18th December 1965

As before, the original document only lists the song titles or the artists, not both. We have attempted to fill in the gaps but, in some cases, have had to make an educated guess about which track is being referred to. If you spot any errors, please get in touch.

The previous chart was due to remain in force until 10th December. However this one is dated from the 12th. Maybe a delay with the station tendering meant that the DJs were forced continue with last week's chart for an extra couple of days. There are a few last minute hand-written additions on this week's chart. Worth noting that as one Reg Calvert-managed band, The Fortunes, slips down the chart, another, Pinkerton's Assorted Colours, debuts at number 33.

* Incorrect last week position given on the original document.

** “Come Away Melinda” is listed at both positions 38 and 48. According to next week's chart, it should have been number 38. We do not know what ought to have been listed at 48.
