The City Sixty, 20th - 27th November 1965

As before, the original document does not give both the artist and title - just one or the other. We have attempted to fill in the gaps but, in some cases, have had to make an educated guess about which track is being referred to. If you spot any errors, please get in touch.

The previous City Sixties ran Friday to Friday but, for some reason, this one is dated Saturday. It was a week of massive change with 23 new entries on the Sixty!

* We previously thought that this song was “I'm On The Outside Looking In” by Little Anthony & The Imperials but correspondent Frank van Heerde has pointed out that this single was released the previous year and that, in November 1965, Radio City was more likely to have been playing a different song of a similar name by The Caesars which had just come out. Our thanks to Frank.

Our thanks to Brian Long.
