David Allan's Radio 390 photo album

David Allan was a popular long-term presenter on Radio 390. He has very kindly provided these two great photos to The Pirate Radio Hall of Fame. They were taken in 1966 by an unknown photographer from the Sunday Times.

Stephen West, David Allan and John Glendinning on Red Sands

Left to right: Stephen West, David Allan and engineer John “Ray” Glendinning on one of the Red Sands walkways.
A photograph, taken at the same time of the same three people, was used to illustrate an article in
The Sunday Times about Radio 390's first closedown. That article is here.

Our grateful thanks to David.
