This photo has confused Guy and Mike. The room looks like it is in the leg of the fort but neither of them can remember such a luxurious bed during their time on Knock John.

Rough seas. Guy remembers: “A colossal storm in the estuary nearly submerged the remaining bits of the dolphin. We felt the fort shake that day!”
